Your Responsibilities
Project Management & Customer Coordination
- End-to-end planning and execution of IT projects
- Managing and prioritizing the backlog according to the roadmap and customer requirements
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to define epics and user stories
- Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Identifying and implementing cross-selling opportunities (e.g., follow-up projects, training sessions)
Project Planning & Methodology
- Applying agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) as well as traditional project management (PMI, PRINCE2)
- Resource and capacity planning for efficient project execution
- Budgeting, cost calculation, and controlling
- Monitoring progress and early escalation of risks
Interface Between Business & Technology
- Collaboration with developers, Scrum Masters, and customer stakeholders
- Technical understanding to realistically assess customer requirements and help design solutions
- Experience with Business Process Management, Camunda, and RPA technologies is an advantage
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with SLAs and contract conditions
- Change management and stakeholder management for smooth project execution
Reporting & Controlling
- Creating reports for management and customers
- Monitoring project efforts and progress
Your Background
Professional Qualifications & Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in IT project management or as an IT consultant
- Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects with direct customer responsibility
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management (PMI, PRINCE2, IPMA)
- Experience with IT processes & software development cycles
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana)
- Understanding of IT architectures, cloud technologies, software development processes, and process automation (BPM, Camunda, RPA)
- Experience in resource planning & budgeting
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Education
- Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration with an IT focus, Software Engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, certifications such as PMI PMP, PRINCE2

The gross salary for this position starts at EUR 3,500 per month (part-time, 30h/week). Of course, we are open to overpayment depending on your qualifications and experience.
