Our challenge:
There was previously no clear and comprehensive view of internal planning processes. The various tools used produced results in different formats. This resulted in an immensely high effort for consolidation. The processes were neither maintainable nor adaptable with an appropriate effort.
Initial use cases and processes have been identified and implemented. The aim was to standardize documentation following a common standard that is understandable by both humans and machines.
The department heavily utilizes BPMN 2.0 for documentation. Process mining is employed for optimization. A1 is in the process of establishing a Center of Excellence to more extensively leverage Camunda for process automation in other business areas.
