What’s Your Contribution to the Team?

  • General administrative and organizational office tasks, including reception, mail handling, correspondence, and research
  • Managing office and technical equipment, including hardware installation/support and ordering
  • Independent organization and optimization of office workflows and administrative processes
  • Preparation of reports and service documentation
  • Independent entry and maintenance of incoming invoices in the system, including validation for accuracy and completeness
  • Support in preparing monthly accounting
  • Planning and coordination of internal and external company events
    Maintaining our website and social media presence

What Do You Bring to the Table?

  • Ongoing or completed studies with a focus on business or organization
  • Initial practical experience in administrative or organizational roles is an advantage (e.g., through internships or part-time jobs)
  • Structured, independent work style and strong organizational skills
  • Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and IT affinity
  • Strong communication skills, team spirit, and reliability
  • Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken

Compensation & Conditions
This job posting is for freelance contractors with a weekly workload of approximately 25 hours. Compensation is based on an hourly rate of EUR 25 gross.
