We are currently seeking a qualified Business Process Engineer to join our innovative team. In your role you will work on defining, implementing and improving critical business processes and use your skills to increase their efficiency.

What is your contribution to the team?

  • Analysis of existing business processes and identification of optimization potentials
  • Design of business processes and creation of process documentation
  • Defining and implementing new processes to increase productivity, efficiency, and end-2-end performance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to understand needs and challenges
  • Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of process improvements to ensure improvements are made
  • Conduct relevant workshops
  • Collaborate with IT team to ensure process automation is used effectively to improve business processes
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization

What can you bring to the company?

  • Citizen Developer Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or similar field
  • At least five years of experience in a similar position
  • Very good understanding of business process modeling and redesign
  • Experience using business process modeling tools
  • Strong problem solving skills and an eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex processes in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience in project management and change management is an advantage
  • Certificates in Lean, Six Sigma or project management would also be an advantage
  • Business fluent in German and English

The gross salary for this full-time position according to the collective agreement is EUR 3,455.00 with the willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
